JOB DESCRIPTION:

The MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER is the link between the client and the entire agency team. Along with their team the account manager acts as both the salesperson for the agency and as the client’s representative within the agency.

 

Responsibilities:

The traffic manager will create detailed schedules, set deadlines at each stage of the project, and will also make sure that work is distributed equally and fairly between creative teams and other departments. If too much work is coming into the agency, and resources are in short supply, the traffic manager can work with account managers and the creative department to move deadlines, or hire additional help in the form of freelancers and temporary contractors.
